Faith Dickinson Achieves Certified Business Continuity Professional Designation
Cranberry Twp, PA - January 2011: Church Restoration Group, LLC and ServiceMaster by Mistick would like to congratulate Faith Dickinson on receiving her Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) designation through the Disaster Recovery Institute International (DRI). This certification ensures employers that candidates understand the tenets of business continuity and maintain their level of knowledge through continuing education. Through her vast knowledge of business continuity planning for her clients and employer, she has developed several classes and seminars for development of business continuity plans which has taken her across the country for speaking engagements. The CBCP certification promotes corporate continuity and disaster recovery concepts allowing her to develop plans for her Pittsburgh clients, which protects their businesses and employees from impending disasters.
About Faith Dickinson
Ms. Dickinson joined ServiceMaster by Mistick six years ago as a Facilities Consultant working with building owners, managers and commercial property risk managers on comprehensive emergency procedures planning, disaster restoration services and mold remediation. She provides targeted information about disaster recovery solutions and designs disaster plans for services in advance of fire, water, storm and other insurance losses.
Prior to joining ServiceMaster by Mistick, Faith worked closely with BOMA, the Los Angeles Emergency Management Center, Los Angeles Fire and Rescue agencies and RAND Corporation to develop a disaster recovery site plan for a major investment firm located in downtown Los Angeles. The plan she assisted in developing was used as a template for other facilities in Japan, London and other locations throughout the world.
She has obtained certification as an Emergency Program Manager and obtained NIMS certification, through the Emergency Management Institute. In addition, she has received certifications as a Water Loss and Fire and Smoke Technician through the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration.
She has received several awards from local organizations such as the Humanitarian of the Year Award from the Western Pennsylvania Apartment Association, the Associate of the Year Award from the Greater Pittsburgh Hotel Association, a Recognition Award from the Institute of Real Estate Management, an Appreciation Award from SIDS-Cribs For Kids and a Women Of Achievement Award from Celebrate and Share Pittsburgh.
